Wild Wood Christian Academy is a Category IV school, registered as a Non-Public, Church-Related School in the State of Tennessee, using the A.C.E. Curriculum. We offer assistance to home school parents, with a full service school administration office, from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Students are advised on all academic matters related to the education program and provided with the curriculum necessary for their home school success.
We validate the education homeschooling provides for your child. We sustain student's records, projected course of study, official transcripts and college accepted High School Diplomas. Diagnostic testing is available, if needed and provides us with a current skill level and concept mastery of the student. A curriculum package will be prescribed that will ensure each student's success. We acknowledge transferring, passing grades from other schools. Credit is given and students can continue studies equivalent to the subjects in-progress. No time should be lost in transferring to our school system.
Our academic year normally starts the beginning of August and ends towards the end of May. Our Summer Session continues in June and July to assist students that want to continue working or that we received late in the year.
At Wild Wood Academy, we strive to teach our students the importance of education and to help each student to achieve their full academic potential. Jesus Christ plays an important role in our school. We hope to reach out to our community through the power of Christian Education.
Graduating students receive a college accepted diploma. Transcripts are sent to colleges, by request, and there is never a charge for our graduates. A private graduation ceremony can be scheduled with cap, gowns and photo opportunities, to make their achievement memorable.
