Enrollment Agreement
Enrollment in Wild Wood Academy is based on your agreement for the payment of all fees, including registration, materials and tuition that may be incurred during the time your child is enrolled. All school years will consist of 180 days; attendance is verified by the number of tests completed. You agree that a test, in each subject, will be taken in every three weeks to be considered in compliance with state attendance laws, or equivalent of 15 tests per 9-week period. You also agree that this student is to be supervised during the study time by a parent or responsible adult who will not allow cheating. You agree to submit all PACE TESTS to the administration for grading, recording, and filing. You agree to pay a $10 late fee if tuition is not received within 10 days of due date. Tuitions not received by the next billing will result in the student being suspended from testing and possible expulsion.
Wild Wood Academy (WWA) has the right to expel any student not meeting deadlines, not testing every 3 weeks, cheating, or the tuition not being paid. You understand that enrollment in WWA is a privilege, and WWA reserves the right to suspend or expel any student in accordance with its official policies as determined by WWA. No refunds will be given on tuitions after the 5th of the current month. A restock fee of $2.00 is charged for any material fee refunded. This agreement does not bind either party to any specific period of enrollment. We reserve the right not to accept students at the administration’s discretion.
Non-refundable $75 registration fee at time of enrolling, renewable each year. $ 75
Material usage fee of $240.00, divided into quarterly payments of $60 each. $ 60
Annual tuition of $1,750.00 in 10 monthly payments of $175, August - May. $175
Optional - Lease of Score Keys, one payment per school year. $ 45

The above student has been accepted for enrollment with Wild Wood Academy, Clarksville, TN. The student’s records will be requested from the previous school. Enrollment will continue until withdrawn by parent or failure of academic and/or financial responsibilities results in dismissal from Wild Wood Academy.

TUITION DISCOUNT FORM
As the parent or guardian of ___________________________________ I agree to pay Wild Wood Academy the advanced monthly tuition for continuing enrollment in the home school program. The annual tuition fee for WWA is $1,750.00; this is divided into 10 equal payments of $175.00 per month, (August through May). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS for enrollment, we accept cash, money orders, debit, Visa, Master Card.
You may qualify for more than one discount thereby lowering your monthly fee.

____ Option #2 – Family Discount for more than one child enrolled. Each additional child
will receive $25 off per month.
I give authorization for Wild Wood Academy to debit my account $_________ each month my child is enrolled. I choose the _________ day of the month for this to be debited. I understand that I will not receive a reminder of this deduction. I will receive a receipt of the charge when it is processed. If the funds are not available, and the debit declines, I will lose the $25 discount as an insufficient funds fee for that month. If at any time I wish to end enrollment, I will notify Wild Wood Academy in writing at least 5 days prior to the next deduction from my account. No tuition refunds will be issued after the fifth of the current month.
Wild Wood Academy will not be held responsible for my failure to notify them of any address, bank or card changes that I might have.
